These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ezocloth website (the "Site"), including all content, features, and services related to our sofa products (loveseats, sectionals, modular sofas, fabric sofas, and accessories). By accessing or using the Site, you ("you" or "user") agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Purchase. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

1. Eligibility to Use the Site

To use the Site, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s consent if you’re a minor, with them taking full responsibility for your use);

• Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements (e.g., not under a legal disability that prevents contracting);

All Site content—sofa images, product descriptions, logos, trademarks, text, videos, and software—belongs to ezocloth or our licensors, protected by global copyright/trademark laws:

• Do not copy, reproduce, or modify content without our written permission;

• Do not use the "ezocloth" name/logo (or similar marks) without consent;

• Sofa designs, specs (e.g., dimensions), and fabric details are for info only—do not use them to manufacture or sell competing sofas.

6. Product Information and Safety

6.1 Information Accuracy

We strive to keep sofa info (dimensions, fabrics, colors, care instructions) accurate, but:

• We do not guarantee no errors—fabric colors may vary due to screen resolution, and sofa dimensions may have minor tolerances. Email us at [email protected] if you spot discrepancies;

• Sofa availability (styles, fabrics) may change without notice—we may discontinue items or update features.

6.2 Safety and Proper Use

Our sofas are designed for residential use. You agree to:

Our total liability for claims under these Terms is either $100 USD or the total you paid for the affected sofa/accessory—whichever is higher.
